1. Enter: <http://chat.obgyn.net:4080/

2. Click: "One Time Registration"

3. Read the information in Step 1; and then click: "iChat plugin
download and install page with detailed instructions."

4. Click the appropriate Browser (my browser is Microsoft) below to
download the chat client.

5. Scroll down. Read and look at each of these 4 steps carefully (or
print out) so that you will remember what to do.
* Step 1. "What would you like to do with this file?" Click: "Open
it" and then click: "OK"
* Step 2. "Save in:" should say: "Desktop." If it doesn't, click the
upside-down triangle; and then click: "Desktop"
* Step 3. "File Name" should be: "icie23.exe". If it isn't, type
in the correct information.
* Step 4. Click the "Save" button: This will begin the download
and place the ichat installer on your Desktop (on your
computer screen)
NOTE: Step 1 was the only step which appeared on my computer!

6. Scroll all the way down. Then click: DOWNLOAD NOW!
a. File Download - File size unknown
b. What would you do with this file? Click: "Open It" and then click:
"OK"
c. File Download: File will download to 1.51 MB (for Internet
Explorer 3.0 or above)
d. Authenticode(tm) Security Technology: Read and click: "No"

7. Click: "HERE" to continue.

8. Scroll down and read the instructions for completing the installation
process. Read through (or print out) Steps 1, 2, and 3. Then follow
the installation instructions.
Step 1. Close down your browser now by clicking the "X" at the
upper right corner of this webpage. Your computer screen
will be blank with only the icons being visible.
Step 2. Locate the installer. The installer will appear as an "icon"
on your Desktop (your computer screen).
a. Double click on the installer icon. This will launch the
installation program.
b. ichat Active-X Chat Client: click: "Continue"
c. Setup program
d. ichat Active-X Chat Client: Read and then click: "Next" to
continue.
e. Setup program: WAIT...while the program is running.
f. Setup Complete: click: "Finish" to complete the Setup
program.
Step 3. You are now ready to restart your browser (your computer).

9. Enter: <http://chat.obgyn.net:4080/world/html/firsttime.html>
a. Scroll down to Step 2 and read how to "Create your talk@obgyn.net
user account."
b. Then click: "Create my talk@obgyn.net user account now."
NOTE: If you forget your anonymous@obgyn.net name or password, send an
e-mail to admin@obgyn.net for help.

10. Enter your chosen user name and password. It is optional if you want
to share more information about yourself. The use of an avatar is
also optional.

11. Scroll down and click: "Create New User" and then click: "Login"

12. Enter your user name and password. Then click: "Log Me Into Chat"

13. You are now in the chat room. You will be typing your message onto the
lower left side of your computer screen. Press: "Enter" (on your
computer keyboard). Your message will appear on the screen directly
above.

Once you have gone through the downloading and installation process,
it will be much easier for you to enter the chat room.

3. Dr. Wiseman's chats are usually scheduled on Wednesdays from
7-8 PM Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Time..
