Birth Control Pills & Weight Gain

My sister and I have both been taking Ortho-tricyclen for many months. We have both gained between 10 and 20 pounds. We are both close to 30, and have always been very thin, and we have good eating habits. We have taken various birth control pills for years and have never had this happen before. Do you know which pills are the least likely to make a woman gain weight? I'm trying Modicon now and my sis is trying Ortho-novum777. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
