A question about article on vulvodynia in ob/gyn journal

A friend of mine told me that there was an article about vulvodynia and vulvar vestibulitis in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. My question is this. Have any of you had a chance to read this article? If so what are your comments about it?
My friend mentioned that in this article it says something about infections being a cause of vulvar vestibulitis.
