Danazol questions (long)

I was diagnosed with endo after a lap in January. I'm 25. The pain came back after 9 days post-op. At my recheck visit, my doctor gave me all the possible treatment options, and I chose to go on Danazol.

I started taking 400 mg a day, but the bloating was so severe I was getting flare ups of an old carpel tunnel problem. I called my doc, and the dosage has been cut in half to 200 mg. The pain is non-existant (it took about 3-4 weeks for that to happen).

My questions. I'm having what I would call hot flashes, it feels like my internal temperature has been raised 10 degrees. Is there anything that could help that, or is that just a grin and bear it side effect? I also am having problems with sexual arousal (what a surprise, with no estrogen) which is causing a strain between my husband and I. Is there a topical cream (maybe prosestrone) that I could use without interference with the Danazol (and that would not make the endo flare up again)? We have had sex once since the Danazol, and it was great, but I just can't seem to get in the mood.

I'm still moderately bloated, to the point none of my clothes fit, but not so much that I'm having pain in my arm. Is there anything I can do for that, or is it just a side effect of Danazol?

Because of the bloating (I think), I have developed what I think are stretch marks on my thighs, hips, and upper arms. I have put on about 10 pounds before surgery, which I am working on losing by working out at my gym 5 days a week, an hour at a time. I have modified my diet where I am cutting out most fats, salts, sugars and try to eat protein with every meal. I was never an overweight person (I'm 5'8, and at the most I was 145lbs) and I don't know how to make these red marks go away. Is there anything I can do?

Thank you for any responses.
