Does the subject mean I'm a little confused? :-) My kids might agree.

INvading the bowel causing definable physical abnormalities which would translate tho functional problems. With a negative colonoscopy, that is ruled out. I hope that clears up the confusion.

Laparoscopy detects it on the serosa (outside of the bowel). Colonoscopy detects in in the mucosa (inside the bowel).
