Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Implantation Spotting" Hello - I wrote to you yesterday regarding 'Early signs of Pregnancy'. Last night I thought that I got my period and I was surprised because it is about 5 days earlier than I would have anticipated and I didn't have my normal period feeling - I was just a little crampy. This morning when I woke up there was barely nothing on the tampon and the bleeding has completely stopped. My period is not due for 5 more days - wouldn't this be too early for 'implantation spotting'?? Please advise - I don't want to get my hopes up but I have never spotted before!!!!! Normally my periods start with a little brown discharge the first day and red by second day. This was pale watery red when I wiped. Thanks for your advice, comments, etc.!
