Sounds like you've had the appropriate therapies and diagnotstic testing and I'm stumped as well. The ligaments sutured into the top of the vagina, usually the round ligaments, are loose and give minimal, if any support. Some may also suture the uterosacral ligaments which run behind the vagina, into the top of the surgical incision of the vagina. This would not give "bladder" pain in that it is behind the vagina and the bladder is in front.
