Probably not, although cervical dysplasia "grows" into cancer very, very slowly in most women, so it's extremely unlikely that you have cervical cancer. Exceptions include women with HIV or leukemia. In advanced stages cervical cancer can cause profuse vaginal bleeding requiring a trip to the emergency department.
