Repeated tubal surgery

4 years ago I had a laparascopy. Adhesions were removed and my right tube was adhered to the abdominal wall. Unfortunately it was done by a doctor that was not very competent for that type of surgery. 8 months later I had that test done, in which the blue liquid is shot through the tubes and they were blocked again. Now my question. Is it true that the chances to clear my tubes in a second laparascopy are a lot worse, since the first one was not done properly? I am worried that my chances to conceive have gotten a lot worse now. Please advise.
