one tube blocked.

I had an hsg today and dr confirmed that my right fallopian tube is blocked. My left one is clear. I had an eptopic in Sept of 99 on my right tube. My question is, to possibly prevent another eptopic on my right side, can I predict which tube the egg is in? Do you ovulate on opposite sides monthly? I assume I can get pregnant no problem, but my concern is to try and prevent another eptopic. My dr said there is a 14% chance of that happening again. I havent met with him about the hsg yet...Of course he is on vacation until March 1, 2000.. My menstrual periods are irregular and I was wondering if you ovulate opposite sides regardless if you have a period? I need to track them.. But it is hard when they are irregular!! PLEASE HELP!!
