1st off, 104 pounds at 5'8" is pretty underweight. However yes 70+ pounds is a lot, and an 8 lb baby for your size, yup I would be ready too. As you know, you WILL NOT be pregnant forever, and baby will come; either vaginally or c-section. When it comes down to it, it does not matter which way baby is delivered, as long as everyone is healthy. I am gathering you are worried about your fram and the baby size. HANG IN
