About 3 months after this I developed a small raised area on the aerola- looked like one of those little areas that perk up and then go back down. This one stays up all the time. It is sensitive to touch- get a jab like discomfort in it. The top has a brownish color to it. My doc repeated the mammo. and also ordered an ultrasound which came back good. This area still bothers me and he said he would remove it if I would like. He thinks it is a clogged duct. I have never had any discharge from it and it had not gotten larger. I would appreciate any opinions on all of this. Thanks again for all your help with my numerous problems over the past few years. It is always nice to have positive reinforcement. My GYN had been wonderful. With all of your help, I have done well.
