continuous ocp use

Hi-

I have a question regarding the use of continuous oral contraceptives (not taking placebos only active pills) in treating endometriosis-related pain. So far, taking ocps continuously has worked effectively generally in reducing my pain, but I am concerned about possible risks. Are there any risks with this method since you are not menstruating routinely?? Thank you for your input....
