I did indeed think that this was of a more chronic nature. The low grade temp is very non specific and doesn't help much. The pain suggests a problem needing solved even without the temp. The diferential diagnosis for an episode of this nature is long and depends on amny things. It could include hernias, twisted bowel, colitis, gastritis, pancreatitis and many other things as well. These are all things that your physicians need to be looking at. RDB
