PCOS, Insulin & Pregnancy--risks?

With all the new info about PCOS being related to Insulin resistance, does that make a preganant PCOS woman at more risk for anything? I understand that pregnancy tends to be a condition on insulin resistance, with PCOS on top of that, is it much more likely for us to have excessively large babies? My situation-- I've known I've had PCOS prior to becoming pregnant, and have had 2 term pregnancies so far-- I've had "abnormal glucose tolerence", but not Gestational Diabetes. Both babies were macrosomic (One suffered a birth injury because of that). I'm pregnant again. Is there anything else I should be watching for and/or warning my doc about?
