Yes, it's possible. Haven't tried it myself (yet). If you want detailed instructions you will need the book "Our Bodies, Our Selves". It gives full detailed instructions on how to do your own pelvic. However, this does NOT take the place of regular visits to the GYN. The purpose of this is to familiarize yourself with your *parts*. You will need a flashlight, a small self-standing mirror, a plastic speculum and clean hands. If you are really interested, check the book out at your local library.

If you have questions about what you see, please bring this up at your next GYN visit.
