Thanks, >Kris Great questions, no answers. Everyone ovulates, at most, once a month (and has one REAL LH surge) but impossible to predict if you've had yours yet. Unfortuntely, OPK and BBT don't always agree and despite what the OPK manufacturers tell you, sometimes the BBT is better and sometimes the OPK is better.Meaning - sometimes the OPK is inaccurate. I've had patients get pregnant on the month their OPK said they didn't ovulate.
