At 14 weeks, you'd have a positive pregnancy test. By missing 2 pills this month, would those be birth control pills? If so, with regular periods and a negative pregnancy test, it's almost a certainty that you're not pregnant.

The earliest I've heard of is 14 weeks but I did have one patient who swore she felt the sperm hit the egg the night she got pregnant and felt movement ever since (you can't make this stuff up folks.)
