Be that as it may, I don't believe the blood pressure and migraines (or high blood pressure related headaches) are related to the tubal as much as the pregnancy and after-math. The blood pressure and headaches need to be addressed yesterday if they're still there. the bleeding usually straightens out in a few months by itself. If it doesn't do so soon, time to contact the doctor.
