another question on miscarriage and infertilityFrom: SARAH (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 21 Jan 2000 16:52:10 -0600 (CST)
I have just had the(beginners)tests to try and solve the mystery of my 3 miscarriages.(thyroid, lupus, antibodies etc...)I have never thought of the possibility of chromosone problems being the reason.I assumed that because we have had a child that the chromosone factor was ruled out..Could that be a problem? Will the RE test for that right away since I have allready ruled out other things? My OB hasn't discussed a whole lot with me about the RE.(He says it's her speciality, She would be able to answer those questions better than I could)I really like my OB, he is just very laid back. I have 2 beautiful children and I am grateful for them.I don't want to sound selfish,I know thousands of people have been fighting infertility problems and have no children. When you start the infertility battle it almost becomes an obsession and you have to finish..
