Abnormal pap smear

Three years ago I had an abnormal pap smear, it was diagnosed as cervical dysplasia, there were lesions on my cervix. It was not cancer, the doctor said, so he did freezing of the cervix to remove them. Since then, my pap smears have been normal. Is there any chance of this recurring in the near future? Also, an ovarian cyst was diagnosed as functinal, and shrank from 6cm to 2 cm. I also had a CT-Scan of the pelvic and there wasn't anything serious. Is there any chance of this cyst causing problems?
