Neither sonos nor Xrays reveal scarring for the most part so I'm not sure what was seen.

It may come to that but I would consider every other option in a 22 year old. Gastointestinal workup, laparoscopy, orthopedic, etc.

It's major surgery and may not help. Get everyting checked out first. That's what I would do with my patients.
