Another question about sitz bath pans

Hi,
I have another question about sitz bath pans. The sitz bath pan that I got says on the box that is used to treat hemorrhoids and other rectal problems.
Thru some research I found some info where they talked about afterbirth sitz bath pans.
My question is this: Are these afterbirth sitz bath pans any differentfrom the one that I have now, and if so how?
