A friend of mine had a huge boil in the same place you are talking about and she went to her OB and he gave her a prescription for an antibiotic and told her to put a potatoe on the area for as long as she could stand it and the starch in the potatoe would bring it to a head and pop, but he told her not to mash it or pop it herself it will pop on it's own and it did after 24 hours of sleeping with a potatoe taped to her vagina (hahaha)sounds funny but it did work. At worse if it does not pop on it's own within a week they told her, they would have to lance it. Good lucky, and don't worry I have been told this is very common.
