At this point there is insufficient data on Allegra to say anything. I have many patients who, against medical advice, take Allegra because "it's the ony thing that works" and haven't had a problem but i still don't recommend it. I have not seen anything whihc says it's "contraindicated" yet, just not indicated (2 different things). e.g. Thalidomide is contraindicated.

May very well have been. I find it hard to believe that it would do this routinely within 24 hours. We would have heard about it for sure.

Until cleared for pregnancy, study is always necessary. The company that makes Allegra must have a registry on this. Why not call them and ask for their present stats?
