Some women find help from testosterone and an internal form comes in Estratest (Estratab and Methyltestosterone). There is no topical form of this. There was Testosterone being used after pharmacologic compounding on the outside of the vagina, but my sources say it's off the market - not sure why. TAP pharmaceuticals, part of Abbott labs is supposed to be coming out with something next year.
