Hello, I miscarried at about 6,5 weeks at the end of August. I did ot need a curretage, as the bleeding stopped after about a week and a half. Around the 7th, I felt my usual ovulation-signals, stretchy cervical fluid, sensitive nipples, etc. On the 17th, I went for a check-up with my gynaecologist, and he told me he could see an egg in my left ovary, and I hadn't ovulated yet. I was extremely surprised when my periods came through on friday, the 21st. Could it be possible that my gyn was mistaken? If not, could it be that I will have an early ovulation this cycle, or that I had a late one shortly followed by menses? I haven't called my gyn, as this doesn't seem urgent or serious, perhaps just my body trying to find a new balance, but I'm rather curious. Thanks for any advice!
