I recently had an ultrasound of the pelvis, the report came back the right ovary measures about 3.3cm x2.6cm x3.7cm and the left ovary measures about 2.4cm x 2.0cm x2.7cm. There is a cyst that is noted within the right ovary and this measures approx. 3.0cm. x 2.0cm x2.9cm. There were no free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac. Also, the uterus measures about 13.8cm x 4.2cm x 7.8cm. Indicated the uterus was enlarged. It echo texture is inhomogeneous. The endometrial stripe is not thickened. Within the uterus in the body there is noted a hypoechoic lesion. It measures about 2.7cm x 1.8cm x 2.7cm. This is believed to represent a fibroid. Please give me some input on this reading.
