there are three books on ultrasound of fetal anomalies. Diagnsotic ultrasound of fetal anomalies by Nyberg et al is a terrific very expensive book but publisehed in 1990(year book). Ultraound of fetal syndromes (1998 Churchill Livingstone) by Beryl Benecerraf is a very well illustrated book but limited to fetal syndromes only so there is no mention of intracranial bleeds infections etc. Structural fertal abnormalities the total picture by Roger Sanders et al (1996 Mosby) includes not only sonography but genetics, obstetrical management, neonatology and surgery of the 100 commonest fetal abnormalities. Extensive differetntial diagnoses cover rare entities.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
