Dear Jeff, You're right. It is an image of a fibroid of the posterior wall of the body of the uterus. By the way, how did you manage to see the picture? I thought that the listserver for obgyn-ultrasound could not transmit images. At least, all I received in my email from obgyn.net was a garble of alphabets. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
