Mark, Don't try to paper over your ass. Be positive but honest with the patient about what you see & how things look. Don't guarantee what you don't control & ALWAYS follow that rule. It is easy to remember that you never guaranteed a patient a normal baby. If youre good & experienced you have at least cut the major anomaly risk by half... RADIUS notwithstanding. JSS

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
