Be positive but honest with the patient about what you see & how things look. Don't guarantee what you don't control & ALWAYS follow that rule. It is easy to remember that you never guaranteed a patient a normal baby. If youre good & experienced you have at least cut the major anomaly risk by half... RADIUS notwithstanding.
