-----Original Message----- From: DR.JOE ANTONY <jscan@vsnl.com> To: ultrasound obgyn net <ultrasound@obgyn.net> Date: Thursday, May 06, 1999 10:21 AM Subject: microcephaly Dear Netters, How does one distinguish between microcephaly and engaged fetal head; I saw a case of a fetus of 36 weeks (FL), with BPD corresponding to 30 weeks, HC was about 31 weeks. Presentation was cephalic. Can the head engage early? Is this a clear case of microcephaly? Regards, DR.JOE ANTONY

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
