pseudofunnelling of uterusFrom: Dr. Durr-e-Sabih (dsabih@hotmail.com)Sat Mar 13 20:54:54 1999
I recently scanned a 30 week pregnancy where the lower uterine segment was contracting very rapidly, about once every half a minute, this was otherwise an unremarkable ultrasound examination. The mother had no pain, the liquor and the fetus looked normal too. In the partially closed phase the lower segment looked just like a very open cervix... any comments? Dr. Durr-e-Sabih
