Thanks Tom, the case study looks good. Shall we go for the JDMS? I think a lot of us could learn from this. I personally have never seen a case of Cat Scratch Fever related sonograms. No problem with the images... we have a full computer/imaging lab... I can even create digitized video from VHS for Power Point presentations and the http://wwweb. I am starting to plan a http://wwweb course on Doppler Physics as a part of the BS program for which I have requested approval.... next year may be??? Sorry about the loss of sleep... did that 25 years ago... glad to have it behind me... also the teenage years.. good luck. It really does get better... give him time and love. The baby is keeping me up at night; so much for being a father at age 42. I have gathered most of the info for making the paper regarding cat scratch fever. I have the films, and lab reports from the Doctor I examined. I lack a biopsy report from the needle. He is getting me that stuff ASAP. I have bundled the case up to send to you, if you please, to be digested by your capable A/V department. I have Video, and Sony Hard Copy color images on paper, as well as MRI films. Not to be cryptic...I have no real capability here...(duh..third world nation) to produce copies worthy of publication in a prestigious magazine. The patient has granted permission to publish, and I would like to send the images to you for editing. Dr. Unkle has recovered, for the most part, from this disease. I examined him last week by US and found nothing in his liver. His spleen still had some hypo echoic areas.... observed during my initial exam. I have asked him to do some talking with an infectious disease Physician about the clinical course. I plan to call a pathologist regarding the liver and spleen foci. When I have time to focus...soon, I hope, I will write a draft based upon what I know about the disease, and manifestation. If you have the time maybe send some URL's to me for reference? OK... off the business thing. Gawd!! does a baby change your life!!!!!!!! Terry! I get NO sleep! I can't attend AIUM in San Antonio... Wish I could. And.. I am looking to change locations, and possibly employers. We have merged with another company, and things are nervous. Any ideas? The wife hate's it here. We would LOVE to go back to Texas. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
