Today I scanned again this patient and the fetus kindly layed on his left side exposing the right adrenal which appeared enlarged (22 x 31 mm) and of the same structure as the left adrenal. Therefor I could demonstrate that both adrenals are enlarged in this case. I'll post a picture of the scan tomorrow since I don't have the scanner here in the unit where I'm on call.
