Today I scanned again this patient and the fetus kindly layed on his left side exposing the right adrenal which appeared enlarged (22 x 31 mm) and of the same structure as the left adrenal. Therefor I could demonstrate that both adrenals are enlarged in this case. I'll post a picture of the scan tomorrow since I don't have the scanner here in the unit where I'm on call. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
