last time i saw unilateral adrenal mass, baby had neuroblastoma. unfortunately, THAT pic i don't have :(. have seen bilateraly plump adrenals in fetuses whose moms had diabetes. as to something to tie in the bowel dilatation annular pancreas is not a bad thought.
