Ozren,

Perhaps there is a problem with translation, but the placenta is by definition extra-amniotic and I am unaware of amniotic bands within the placenta.

I am aware of the fetus being stuck to the placenta with amniotic band syndrome (early amnion rupture sequence). Is this what you were referring to?
