Our data was based on inside measurement. If you want to change the way it is measured then you have to redo the study. Seeing and measuring the inner diameter is simple to do as you all agree. We have found cases where everything looks normal except there is an abnormally large sac... and ultimately the fetus does not survive. That is why we measure it routinely... as an early indicator of potential problems. Ted
