Thank you everyone for your comments on this case. I'm sending the URL where you can see some photos. I'm sorry that some are not very good. The best would be with video! http://www.grafix.net/ultrasound An information I didn't give you is that the fetus has a clubfoot. The most worrying aspect at present is the apparent hipotrophic abdominal wall, as you can see in two of the photos. We are going to repeat the scan tomorrow. I'll keep you informed.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
