Re: Clin case: distended bladderFrom: art fougner, md (evsono@pipeline.com)Mon Jan 25 07:26:56 1999
Ana sounds like a fascinating case - bladder outlet obstruction with urinary ascites (?), undergoing spontaneous resolution and apparently now normal amniotic fluid volume with normal appearing kidneys and some evidence of an abnormal bladder wall. would love to have a look. from an prospective standpoint - might i suggest a prolonged scanning session to look at changes in bladder volume over time? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
