Enlarged hypertrophic bladder probably stay that way until and if bladder and abdominal tone improve. Normal (LA)liquour, renal parenchyma, early resolution (<18 wks), and lack of reflux/hydro; every positive finding a s/p bladder outlet obstructed female fetus could hope for. Resolution early enough to not expect pulmonary complications. I bet this baby does well.
