Dear Terry, I don't know about that "Necas cyst". It just does not have the same ring to it as does "Courvoisier sign" or "mittlesmertz". :) I will post the neonatal images next week. Art- you are absolutely right with the point regarding polycystic kidneys (tiny cysts= bright). Thanks for your comment. Martin Necas.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
