I don't know about that "Necas cyst". It just does not have the same ring to it as does "Courvoisier sign" or "mittlesmertz". :) I will post the neonatal images next week.

Art- you are absolutely right with the point regarding polycystic kidneys (tiny cysts= bright). Thanks for your comment.
