Tnasvaginal sono. is an excellent metod to exclud endometrial cancer. In order to detect (diagnos) an endometrial cancer, you must perform an endometrial biopsy. So the most important task of the TV sono, is reduce the number of endometrial biopsy. For example, at my hospital we used to erformed 650 byopsy per year, for diagnos 40 endometrial cancer, and now, we performe 150 byopsis per year for diagnos 40 endometrial cancer. PD...
