Hello Everyone,

A Happy New Year to you all!!

The New Year has brought some changes to our chat schedules:

First of all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Robin Kurtzman who is now hosting the Endometriosis chats on Sunday evenings (with the exception of the first Sunday of each month). Drop in to the Free-for-All chat room Sunday at 6pm CST, say “Hi!”, and join the ladies for some supportive and fun discussions!

Marie Allen has done a super job hosting the weekly Miscarriage chats and has recently taken a new position as Director of East County Telephase Cremation Society. What an opportunity for her to help so many grieving families; they are very fortunate to have her! Marie will now hold her chats once a month, still on Thursday at 9pm CST. Check the chat calendar for the next date or see the upcoming events listed below.

The Pregnancy and Birth and New Moms chats are now each held once a month, on Tuesdays but an hour later beginning at 9pm CST. See the calendar or below for dates.

Our Monthly Chat Calendars have taken on a new look. The events are color coded to correspond with their chat room as listed in the key directly below the calendar. Some events have changed chat rooms so be sure to check it out at: http://www.obgyn.net/chat_cal/january99.htm

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
