Mark, your stream of conscientiousness is almost unintelligible. My guess is that Lissencephaly doesn't mean you missed anything, but that the kid is premature. You want sulci, how about the sylvian fissure (p. 221), or how about fetal adrenal arteries & veins? (p. 293) .
