If you find something, that would be great! I would be particularly interested in a map from the CDC, if it exists. Have you done prior research in this area? Please let us know what you find. Thanks.

Now is the time for all good folks to come to the aid of the Earth.

I will search CDC and MMWR for anacephalic studies. I am very intrigued by the environment of conception, and 1st trimester.... I can envision a CDC type map, a retrospective study, going back in time for each case to preconception, then following forward to outcome and beyond. Perhaps that study has already been done.
