I immediately associate kidney too (and for mishapen ears) However can only refernece " higher # of congenital anomolies, frequently multiple " Also mentioned is a higher rate of aesophegeal atresia singletons 1% multiples as high as 10% must have something to do with the 6 week mark and when both are being formed if indeed validity to kidney/one artery hypothesis.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
