mandatory screening in California? do you mean that every OB is obliged to inform patients that screen exists and advise them to have it done or do you out there in the "land of the free" pin pregnant women down and take their blood regardless of consent and desire to know results/trust reliability/ have intent to abort....SURELY NOT!!
