Mary Ann, I am not sure why you could not access the images. This URL worked for me. We have gotten some feed back that people have trouble accessing images. I think when the first notification goes out that there is a new image posted the traffic may be so heavy that the server simply can't deal with it all. Please try again. Will welcome your comments. Thanks. http://www.obgyn.net/us/present/9803/DuBose.htm <http://www.obgyn.net/us/present/9803/DuBose.htm> Peace, Terry J. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
